you can train yourself to experience thoughts of unproductive worry completely differently. Studies conducted by Dr. Hoge says that mindfulness has helped reduce symptoms of worry in people with diagnosed generalized anxiety disorder. Mindfulness practices promote more positive emotions, which is linked to better mental health.
